High School Guidance Counselor, Laurie Wicks, nominated High School Special Education teacher Bob Graves for the award based on his enthusiasm and ability to motivate students. Wicks commented on Graves' care for the well-being of his students, academically and personally.
Graves serves as the High School drama and musical director. He also helped establish the Seth McKitrick scholarship in honor of the former M-E student.
